The club launched its first Beginners’ Cycling Programme in 2015. This 16 week free programme was a great success. It was aimed at anyone over 18 with any level of previous cycling experience. Two group spins were held every week, led by experienced cyclists along with information evenings, bike skills events and bike maintenance tutorials included in the programme. Each beginner was also assigned a mentor to help them on their way. There are currently no plans for a similar programme this year though check our Facebook page and website for any updates.
Cycling Tips For Beginners
